SURFCENTER – PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS

(applicable to: SURFCENTER.EE online surf shop)

1. How to make a purchase in the Surfcenter.ee online store

Surf Center’s online store displays two types of products:

1.1. Products with a green label – IN STOCK

If a product has a green label “In Stock”, it means the item is physically available in our shop and can be immediately:

  • added to the shopping cart
  • paid for using online payment
  • shipped via parcel machine or courier
  • picked up in person at Surf Center
1.2. Products with an orange label – BY REQUEST

All other products that do not have an “Add to Cart” button are sold on request. To purchase these items, please send us a request via e-mail: info@surfcenter.ee.

With your request we will confirm:

  • whether the item is available
  • estimated delivery time
  • shipping cost (especially for large parcels or EU shipments)
1.3. Services, courses and rentals – BY REQUEST

Training services and equipment rentals are not available for direct online checkout. These services must be arranged via e-mail request at info@surfcenter.ee in order to confirm location, date, time, and availability.

5. Delivery and shipping

5.1. Within Estonia

Delivery options depend on the size of the product:

  • Itella Smartpost
  • Omniva parcel machine
  • Cargobus
  • Courier
  • Pick-up at Surf Center
5.3. Delivery time
  • Items in stock: 1–3 business days within mainland Estonia, 3+ business days to Estonian islands
  • Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden: 2–5 business days
  • Request-based products: typically 5–14 days (confirmed via e-mail)

7. Right of return (14 days)

Consumers have the right to return products purchased from the online store within 14 days.

Return conditions:
  • the product must be unused, clean and in original packaging
  • custom orders are non-refundable

Refunds are made within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

8. Complaints and warranty (new products)

Warranty is valid only for new products.

  • North: 12 months + optional 180-day extension if registered.
  • Naish: 12 months.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by over-inflation or improper use, or mechanical damage.

10. Sale and mediation of used equipment

Used items are sold “as is”. Surf Center does not provide warranty for used products and is not responsible for hidden defects.

Used product categories:
  • Green label “In Stock”: Surf Center’s own demo or used equipment, sold with VAT.
  • Orange label “Request Availability”: equipment owned by a private seller, mediated only by Surf Center. These items are VAT-free. Payment and delivery are arranged individually.

The customer must inspect the product within 24 hours of receiving it. Claims are not accepted after the product has been used.
